Postpartum Doulas
8 hours of daytime postpartum support, typically scheduled over 1 week. A gentle way to experience what supported postpartum feels like, or a good fit for families with existing support who need a little extra.
$360 for 8 hours of daytime support, based on 4-hour visits.

Laura Beth is a certified postpartum doula and Yoga Nidra teacher in training with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Her path to this work started with her own experience becoming a mother. During her pregnancy with her daughter, she worked with a birth doula who showed her what deep support really felt like. When she found herself navigating those raw, tender early weeks of parenthood while still giving her all to a full-time career, something in her began to shift
