Private, in-person postpartum care tailored to your family’s needs. As a CD, CLC, and NCS, I provide hands-on newborn care, lactation support, postpartum recovery guidance, and emotional reassurance. You'll feel confident, cared for, and never alone in those early weeks!
Autumn offers services with flexible packages starting at $70 per hour. In-person services are limited to the Monterey Peninsula in California.

After raising three children of my own and years working as a newborn care specialist, I realized that providing better care for parents is the most effective way to ensure babies are off to a great start. Now, as a doula and lactation counselor, I offer families unique and well-rounded postpartum support!
