Description

I offer several postpartum support packages, all which include 3-7 three hour shifts. Regardless of what package you choose a postpartum support will be offered in the following ways:

- Light household work: laundry, dishes, vacuuming/sweeping, and everyday household tasks
- Support with older siblings
- Help with pets
- Physical and emotional support
- Infant feeding and care
- Light meal prep
- Mother care and recovery assistance

Pricing Description

Package rates are available and the preferred for setting up services, these range in price from $260-$625 with the option of a few add on services (antenatal support, freezer meal prep, postpartum planning, etc). I also offer hourly rates of $30 an hour if a package is not suitable for you. In an effort to best accommodate all families please contact me to discuss setting up a payment plan if this is needed.
