What is a doula I can be there to support you with any and all part of your perinatal journey from the time you conceive to a little bit postpartum. With all the information and resources that are out there, I hope to be the person to help you wade through everything, get support with your provider and what to talk about, help with talking through your birth and postpartum plans, or other things that might pop up for you during this time.
