In the days and weeks following delivery, I provide physical, emotional and informational support to fit your unique needs. Choose a plan that works best for you. Ranging from 4-12 weeks with consistent 1-2 visits per week. Each visit lasts 3-4 hours.
Whether you’re adjusting to new motherhood, navigating a NICU or cesarean experience, or hoping to prioritize rest and nourishment in this new season, I’m here to support you.
$35/hour, with a minimum of 7 hours per week.
