Abhyanga (warm oil) massage is an ayurvedic treatment that uses warm, herb-infused oil and combines light-medium pressure with methodical, lymphatic draining strokes that soothes the senses and calms the mind.

Maya Abdominal Therapy, also known as womb massage, targets the stomach, womb, lower back, hip, and pelvis areas to release physical and emotional congestion, and restore balance to your pelvic bowl.

We’ve taken over 80 hours of specialized training to not only perform a safe massage during pregnancy, but to give treatments that address many of the common physical complaints of pregnancy. In the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy, we incorporate Maya Abdominal Therapy to help align the body for a more efficient labor and birth.
