Massage during and after pregnancy is beneficial in facilitating stress reduction, pain relief, increased circulation, reduced swelling and improved sleep. We’ve taken specialized training to not only perform a safe massage during and after pregnancy, but to give treatments that address many of the common physical complaints of pregnancy and postpartum and to help align the body for a more efficient labor, birth, and recovery.
