1 thirty minute consultation
2 - 2 hour prenatal visits
Availability throughout pregnancy
Will attend birth for labor or csection and 2 hours postpartum.
For csection, will provide 24 hours of postpartum doula care.
1 postpartum visit (high-risk pregnancies will have 2 postpartum visits)

Free Zoom consultation
2 prenatal visits to discuss pregnancy, labor, birth, and breastfeeding, and so much more.
Availability for communication throughout your pregnancy.
On-call availability 24/7 after 37 weeks.
Pain management support throughout labor and birth utilizing a variety of techniques such as guided imagery, SpinningBabies® specific prompts, light touch massage, counter pressure, positioning, aromatherapy, basic massage, and more.
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth.
Immediate postpartum support after the birth for breastfeeding support and first latch.
1 optional postpartum doula visit to follow up on recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding support.
Photographs of birth and those immediate postpartum moments.
Information and support in submitting documents to insurance. company for reimbursement.
