Birth story processing, Closing of the bones ceremony, Herbal bath preparation, feeding resources, Community resources, Meal planning/prep, mental/emotional health, Holistic guide to postpartum healing, Newborn 101, Dishes / sanitization of feeding supplies, Changing station prep, light cleaning, sibling adjustment

Lactation support as a student ibclc & breastfeeding mom for 36 months, to help you reach your lactation goals:
