Sol Bridge Birth

Parenting a newborn requires a lot of Presence - and Nutrients! Allow Sol Bridge to remove the added layer of sourcing and preparing nutritious meals through our meal delivery service!

This offering includes restorative and nutrient dense meals for 2-4 people to help facilitate healing and integration during postpartum.

Preparing for birth includes preparing your ideal birth environment! Your chosen birthing space should feel like a sanctuary & can greatly support in surrendering to your birthing process in a relaxed and intuitive state. I am available to: create a balanced, grounded and calming environment through music (or silence), setting out pictures of aromatherapy ,and more, to create a soothing setting for your senses.

Sometimes the most transformative aspect of birth is naming the impact of the experience. I serve as an active and empathetic listening companion to hear you talk through the elements of your birthing experience and reclaim parts of yourself in order to process and heal. 90 minutes

Birth in its essence is dynamic and peace of mind is still possible. I assist in supporting you to prepare for all Birthing Outcomes! Together, we will map out your essentials during labor and immediate postpartum and discuss evidence based options & advocacy to ensure you feel informed, centered, empowered and supported throughout your experience.
