Mommy and Me Classes

This is a private 5-week in-home infant massage series. Each session lasts for 1 hour. Led by a Certified Educator of Infant Massage, our personalized one-on-one sessions teach parents gentle, evidence-based techniques to soothe discomfort, improve sleep, and deepen the bond with your baby. A package designed to leave you calm, connected, and confident from day one. Perfect for babies birth to 12 months old.

$170 for a private 5-week infant massage series at your home. I serve families within 10 miles of Oak Park, IL For sessions outside this area, travel fees will be added: • 11–20 miles: $100–$150 travel fee for the 5 sessions • 20–30 miles: $150–$200 travel fee for the 5 sessions For Chicago residents, parking fees may be added if applicable.

Baby Shower Infant Massage Workshop

Offer a meaningful baby shower experience with a private Infant Massage Workshop, led by a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. In this 1-hour, in-home session, expectant parents and their loved ones learn how to soothe a crying baby, ease gas and colic, and use nurturing touch to support bonding. A practical, confidence-building gift parents can use from the very first days. Up to 10 participants. Practice on dolls.

$220 for a 1-hour workshop I serve families within 10 miles of Oak Park. For sessions outside this area: • 11–20 miles: $20–$30 travel fee per session • 20–30 miles: $30–$40 travel fee per session
