Lauren is a certified sleep consultant who will provide 1:1 support to help with all your sleep needs. You will receive a customized and comprehensive Sleep Plan tailored to your family's needs, including age appropriate schedules, routines, and methods for shaping good sleep habits or sleep training based on child's age. Also includes 1-2 phone/video calls and ongoing support for 1-2 weeks depending on chosen package.
