Description

As your doula, I provide physical, emotional, and informational support, as well as help you to advocate for yourself about the kind of care you want.
My birth doula package includes phone support, 2 in-person prenatal appointments, in-person support throughout your active labor and delivery and up to 1 hour after delivery, and a postpartum appointment.
