Birth Classes
Group and Individual birth and postpartum preparation classes meeting in the Helena area. Movement, mindfulness practice, and guided partner support included in every class. Understand the importance of physiologic birth, and how to set yourself up for your most easeful birth by preparing your body, mind and spirit. Group sessions are 6 weeks long. Individual sessions can be scheduled at a time that's convenient to you.

L&D nurse, childbirth educator, and a photographer. I'm honored to spend my days with my incredibly supportive partner, Ryan, my three boys, Kinston, Jaspen, and Lowen, and the best "Mountain Bernie Dog" (as my son calls him), Timber. My best day is spent running in the mountains, sleeping under the stars or curling up by the fire with a good book. I'm a solid enneagram 4, a feeler, a talker, and in introvert in disguise.
What locations or areas do you serve?
Helena and surrounding communities. I'm happy to travel with an additional fee.
