SEM Community Doulas

SEM Community Doulas offer experienced and non-judgemental postpartum support. Each visit it tailored to your unique needs and goals. In general, our visits offer education about normal newborn behavior/sleep and normal postpartum healing/emotions, hands-on feeding support, and practical help so you can sleep/shower/eat.

This price is for any one of the following:
- One overnight visit
- Two daytime visits
- One month of virtual support

SEM Community Doulas offer nutrition education and meal preparation for the pregnant and postpartum person. This is an in-home service that includes:
- One phone conversation to discuss your food preferences, dietary needs, and family dynamic
- A personalized weekly menu
- A four-hour session in your home with meal preparation of your personalized menu
