Description

This includes: two prenatal appointments, the first to go over your birth plan and desires, the second to practice comfort techniques and positions. Your doula will be on call 24/7 two weeks leading up to your estimated due date. They will be present during the entire duration of your labor and birth, no matter how long it takes. She will stay with you for two hours after your birth. Lastly, this includes a 1-2 hour postpartum appointment.
