Doula services include:
Emotional, physical and educational support before, during and after labor. I offer 1-3 prenatal visits that can be used to discuss comfort measures, birthing positions, birth preferences, etc. I offer 24/7 support via text, on call support starting at 38 weeks, labor and birth support (at a hospital, birth center or your home). I offer a backup doula in case of emergency, and 1-3 postpartum visits.
