Description

5 childbirth education classes with a focus on using Hypnobirthing techniques to support relaxation in birthing. Each class is a minimum of 2.5 hours long. Classes are offered online and in person. Couples also receive a private 90-minute class prior to their expected arrival date to review techniques, discuss any questions they may have, and increase confidence going into the birthing day.
