Description

The initial visit includes a comprehensive review of medical history, childbirth history and physical exam. This is followed with a 90 min Myofascial release treatment to release fascial restrictions, mobilize scar tissue, restore symmetry and balance the pelvis. Internal treatment can be provided as needed.

Myofascial release is beneficial for the pregnant woman. As the baby develops, the internal organs become compressed, frequently causing breathing difficulties , urinary and/or GI issues and pain. Myofascial release makes space by releasing restrictions in connective tissue, promoting improved structural alignment, increased mobility and decreased discomfort.
