I am also a certified lactation counselor and can provide breastfeeding support. I work overnights or daytimes to offer guidance on postpartum healing, direct newborn care, and help with household tasks. I build your confidence and ease the burden of adjusting to life with a newborn.

I am a certified lactation counselor who can support you in reaching your breastfeeding goals. I offer holistic advice on infant feeding including tips for improving latch, pumping, and troubleshooting common feeding issues. I have a background in public health and focus on prevention and evidence based care. I get to know your particular set of circumstances to tailor solutions to the individual.

I provide non-judgmental and compassionate labor doula support. I have a background in public health and my focus is evidence- based care and prevention. I offer 5 prenatal visits, labor attendance with backup coverage, and 2 postpartum visits all included in my package.
