I have been where you will be! I know what our maternal health system lacks and the gaps that exist in any sort of continuity of care. Through no fault of our own, we can find ourselves with a new baby wishing we had more support than we do - and not all the stuff, but real support in the form of a postpartum doula! Someone to troubleshoot with, someone to talk to, someone to validate how you’re feeling. It’s a massive transition and every birthing person deserves postpartum support!

Q: What's your favorite past client story?
A: I have heard this from multiple past clients - when they remember the early months after having their baby, they remember my energy. They remember that I brought a calming, nurturing presence into their lives at a time when they felt a little frenetic and on new information overload!

Postpartum Doulas
Description
As a postpartum doula, I do a little bit of everything. I prioritize what the new parents convey that they need most during my visit - each time (sleep, help with food prep and/or dishes, washing/folding baby laundry, lactation help, etc.)
We will coordinate my support visits based on my availability and your desired hours.
Pricing Description
A deposit of $250 is requested to secure my services and indicate your commitment to me and mine to you. A portion of this deposit is returned to you through my final hours of support.
My hourly rate is $35.
