Description

Prenatal Planning for a Peaceful Postpartum: Set time aside to slow down, process emotions & mentally prep for baby w/ a compassionate & nonjudgmental PP doula. Includes hands-on help in the home to choose meals, organize, etc.

Postpartum Doula Support: Capable care while you do the work of rest, recovery & bonding. Includes nourishing food, baby care, emotional support/listening, yoga/breathing, light housekeeping, referrals + custom gifts.

Pricing Description

Prenatal Planning (3.5 hours over 2 sessions): $160
Four postpartum visits (in home), up to 4 hrs each: $720
Option to add on additional sessions @ $180 each

**daytime availability only, north county San Diego**

Postpartum visits may begin immediately after birth, when your support system changes, after 3 months, etc. Home visits must be completed within 1 year after the birth.
