Bio

Hi! I’m Sydni. I'm a wife and a mom of two young boys, as well as a pro singer and fiddle player. I bring my experience in music into the birth space by being an excellent listener and collaborator, the same way you need to be in a band. You, the mom, are the lead artist of this show, and as I've done for years, I'm here to make sure the spotlight stays on you and your experience is more enhanced and harmonious. I'm a fierce advocate and believer in a woman's ability to birth her baby.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Trust your instincts. If something feels off, explore that more - don't shy away from it or make excuses for it. Your instincts are powerful, especially around who you allow to be part of your birth team and your birth space. If someone is giving weird vibes, find a way to draw a boundary and protect your peace.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I serve the Bowling Green, KY and Nashville, TN and surrounding areas

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: I am no stranger to incorporating people into the team, especially coming from a music/band background. Your partner is YOUR person. They know you better than anyone else and are your most important support. My role is to make sure that your partner knows how to actually support you, so they don't feel helpless in the whole process.
