Doula package includes:
Two ~1.5 hr prenatal meetings (Spinning Babies Techniques, education on physiological birth, information on interventions and what to expect in a medical setting, ect.)
Phone/text support throughout pregnancy and 4th trimester (postpartum 1-3months)
24/7 on call from 37 weeks until birth
Continuous support once in active labor until 1-2 hours postpartum
One postpartum visit within the first week (or two) after birth
