Pregnancy Delights with Smarts (Prenatal Health Education Sessions/Classes with Melanie)

During each session we will go over what to expect in each trimester with evidence-based information for you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy. Some of things we covered may include but not limited to nutrition, emotions and symptoms, importance of dental hygiene during pregnancy, information, and explanations of each of the exams that you were recommended at each trimester, and questions to ask the provider according to your needs.

Pricing Description

-minimum of 3 sessions
-Discount: If you book and pay for all 3 sessions in full, you pay $55 per session instead of $75 per session!

Just to be clear I will NOT be acting in place of your midwife or OB these are supportive services that will only help and inform you during your pregnancy. Additionally, these prenatal health educational sessions DO NOT TAKE IN PLACE OF CHILDBIRTH CLASSES either.

Together with Reverence (Postpartum Doula Services with Melanie and/or Yolanda)

Birth Doulas

Description

During this time that you are with your postpartum doula, you will be mothered (taken care of) and be offered emotional, physical, and informational support along with your family with practical help. We will be working together on breastfeeding and/or formula preparation tips and support, postpartum comfort measures, a non-judgmental infant care techniques, normal postpartum restoration, and even emotional support and much more.

Pricing Description

-$30 per hour for Day shifts
-$40 per hour for Overnight shifts
-$200 retainer fee (Which is taken off of your total balance)

Birth Doulas

Description

My goal is to help facilitate those desires for you and help guide your partner in supporting you the way YOU need! We will have prenatal visits (3) to go over everything needed and to show hands on comfort measures for your partner to experience before the big day, so you both feel prepared! I will show you different techniques that can help ease the discomfort of contractions and go over different positions that can help you through labor.

Pricing Description

-$850 birth doula services
-I offer financial flexibility and sliding scale if needed.
