Access to me via text, email, and phone for the duration of your pregnancy and birth
Education, empowerment, support
Postpartum Doula Support services include:
Baby wearing assistance
Breast/chest feeding support
Bottle feeding support
Light housework (sweeping, dishes, laundry)
Perinatal mood disorder education
Virtual Doula Support: $500 (payment plans accepted) Postpartum Doula Support: $35/hr (minimum 10 scheduled hours)
