Sessions will focus on whole foods nutrition to support mom and baby, meal planning and food preparation, and natural remedies for common pregnancy symptoms. This package can be used for prenatal nutrition support or postpartum restoration of health. Package includes: Initial 1hr consultation + 2 follow-up sessions (45min)

Description

In the Birth & Beyond childbirth curriculum, you will learn about pregnancy wellness, stages of labor, birth environment, building a birth team, and postpartum and baby care. My expertise in nutrition, lactation, and yoga will be incorporated. The total course runs about 12 hours and can be divided to accommodate your schedule. We can meet in the comfort of your home, or virtually. Group classes can be arranged at a discount.

Description

This provides you with unlimited text and email support, plus a weekly phone call with a CLC for a 1 month period. This can be used anytime after the arrival of your baby, and can be extended on a month-to-month basis. This is perfect for families that need a little direction along their nursing journey.
