Description

I am a Christian holistic doula here to support you through pregnancy and postpartum.

During pregnancy, I'm available to answer any questions you have, and we'll even do some birth and parenting classes together!

Some ways I support postpartum:

- Provide a calm environment for the whole family
- Offer sleep support
- Help with older siblings
- Offer postpartum nutrition knowledge
- Provide resources for PPD, PPA, and birth trauma

Pricing Description

Birth Package - $700

Includes four meetings, three condensed pregnancy / childbirth classes, and support throughout pregnancy, on the day of birth, and immediately following birth.

Postpartum Support:

Daytime shifts - $30/hour
4 hour minimum

Nighttime shifts - $45/hour
7 hour minimum
