Hi, I'm Niki! I believe that every birthing and postpartum person should have access to respectful, trauma-informed care and evidence-based information. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in a self-designed course of Holistic Health and Herbalism, then nannying for 7 years, I found myself drawn to supporting folks through the transformational journey of new parenthood. I'd love to connect!

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I received my certifications as a birth & psotpartum doula from Cornerstone Doula Trainings in 2022. I received my certification as a childbirth educator from Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings in 2024. Additional trainings on supporting families through loss & grief, gender affirming birthwork, & abortion support skills.

Description
The goal of postpartum doula support is to provide support, encouragement & comfort to both the parent(s) and new baby/babies. Sometimes this looks like you holding your new baby while I take care of the bottle washing and laundry folding. Sometimes this looks like me holding your sweet baby while you take a warm shower & nap. It always includes a non-judgmental listening ear, reassurance, and vetted local resources!
Pricing Description
Daytime Postpartum Support is booked in 4-hour shifts (between 8a-8p) at a rate of $40/hr.
Some sample packages (packages are expandable to meet support needs):
-24 hrs of support, split into 6 shifts ($960)
-48 hrs of support, split into 12 shifts ($1,920)
-72 hrs of support, split into 18 shifts ($2,880)
All packages include a 1-hour introduction and postpartum planning session (virtual or in-person), typically held prenatally.
Overnight Postpartum Doula Support

Description
The goal of postpartum doula support is to provide support, encouragement & comfort to both the parent(s) and new baby/babies. For overnight doula support, I offer to take on all baby related tasks and responsibilities, giving the parent/s a night of dedicated, undisturbed sleep! Because sleep is a necessity for everybody!
*If nursing/breastfeeding, I wake lactating parent/mom for feeding, then take baby back for soothing & sleep.
Pricing Description
Overnight Postpartum Support is booked in 8-10 hr shifts (please ask if these hours don't fit your needs), between the hours of 8p-7a.
Overnight support is booked at a rate of $50/hr for singleton babies, $60/hr for twins.
Sample package:
8hr shift, twice a week, for 4 weeks = $3,200 investment
~All packages are custom built based on family's needs
~All packages include a 1-hr introduction & postpartum planning session

Offering mothers & birthing people, and their support people, with physical, emotional, and mental support throughout the prenatal period and immediate postpartum.

Our Birth Doula Package is a total investment of $1,500 and includes:
~two 90-min prenatal consultation
~unlimited virtual support
~on-call labor support
~up to 2hrs of care immediately postpartum
~one 90-min postpartum consultation
Ask about adding a private labor/birth prep class and/or newborn care class at a discounted rate
