Rosalynn Perkins is a Christ-Centered Certified Birth, Postpartum and Community Doula, CLS, wife, and mother of six, dedicated to serving families with Christ-centered care. As the founder of Radical Waves Doula Services LLC she provides compassionate birth and postpartum support, lactation guidance, and newborn babywearing education. With a heart for ministry, she integrates prayer, encouragement, and evidence-based care to empower mothers on their journey into parenthood.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Know you are enough, and we can build your village one wave at a time! Whoever your parenthood journey begins and ends! Give Yourself Grace. There’s no such thing as a perfect pregnancy or birth. Be kind to yourself, especially on hard days. You are already an incredible mother.
