I help moms support their health and well-being as they navigate the role of motherhood.

This service includes a 60 min consultation with me and a 30-minute follow-up two weeks later. Together we will explore your current challenges whether they be improving your health post-partum or how to incorporate self-care even with a little one(s).

My background is in Ayurveda & Traditional Chinese Medicine and my approach is gentle and nurturing.
