Postpartum Doulas
A postpartum doula visits the family at home from the time the baby is a newborn through the first three months. Michelle provide evidenced-based information and support on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Michelle also offers level-appropriate yoga and meditation instruction and reiki for new families. Michelle is trauma-informed and PPD educated.
$30 per hour within 60 minutes of Hamilton/Trenton area.
