My birth doula journey began in 2010 when I became a DONA Certified Birth Doula. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting families — from first-time mothers to mothers of many — in hospitals, birth centers, and at home. My experience includes VBAC support and other special circumstances, always with a heart for trauma-informed care. Through it all, I strive to offer advocacy, knowledge, and a calm, steady presence.
