I am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International since 2018, a Cert. Body Ready Method® Practitioner, and trained in Spinning Babies techniques, advocacy, and supporting maternal physiology. I encourage multi-dimensional preparation for birth and parenthood, guiding my clients toward deep inner work, physical preparation, inspired research and following their bliss. Our postpartum services are available for 2.5 hour sessions, for $250.
