A one-on-one virtual consultation to answer your questions about newborn care, feeding, sleep, postpartum recovery, pumping, baby gear, routines, or preparing for life with a new baby. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or simply looking for evidence-based guidance, this session is tailored to your concerns so you leave feeling informed and confident.

60-minute virtual consultation: $99. Ask questions about newborn care, feeding, pumping, sleep, postpartum recovery, preparing for baby's arrival, or adjusting to life with a newborn. You'll receive personalized, evidence-based guidance tailored to your family's needs, along with practical recommendations you can implement right away.

Postpartum Doulas

Daytime postpartum support for families with newborns. Visits include newborn care, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, pumping guidance, postpartum recovery support, newborn education, soothing techniques, diapering, babywearing, and light household tasks related to the baby. I also provide guidance to help parents build confidence and adjust to life with their new baby.

Daytime postpartum support starts at $300 per visit (4-hour minimum at $75/hour). Visits are customized to your family's needs and may include newborn care, feeding support, postpartum recovery, education, and practical help around the home. Families typically book one to five visits per week during the early postpartum period. Additional hours are available, and travel fees may apply outside the primary service area.

Overnight Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist

Overnight Doula

Overnight postpartum care for families with newborns. During each shift, I provide newborn care, feeding support, diapering, soothing, swaddling, sleep education, lactation education, pumping support, and light household tasks related to the baby. Parents can rest while knowing their baby is cared for, with guidance and education provided throughout the night.

Overnight postpartum support starts at $600 per night (8-hour shift at $75/hour). Most families book 3–7 nights per week during the first 4–8 weeks after birth, creating a personalized care plan based on their goals, recovery, and support needs.
