I offer postpartum support custom tailored to you. My priorities are physical and spiritual support. Physically, I will take care of your nourishment during the first 40 days postpartum. I will craft recipes for your specific constitution to relight your digestive fire after birth. Spiritually, many women refer to postpartum as the loneliest time of their life. I am here to support you. We will find rituals, practice breathwork, and chat.
For a custom integration support plan, with 2 visits (in-person or virtual) before birth , and weekly visits (2 hours each) for 40 days after, 22 meals / snacks prepared for you during this time, and postpartum - minded interior design & housework help both before and after birth — $2000 . This includes the cost of groceries (excluding any groceries the client makes a special request for)
