Two 1-hour long prenatal visits, a birth plan writing session, full labor and birth support and one 1-hour postpartum session, plus text, email and scheduled phone and Zoom access to the doula during the contract term.

Ten hours of postpartum care, divided among 5 or more visits!

Services include feeding assistance, rocking your baby so you can rest, light housekeeping or a sympathetic ear, as well as unlimited text support during business hours. After purchase, we will set up a meet and greet to determine how best to meet your needs.

This is a great addition to my birth package if you feel that you will need additional postpartum support!
