Give the Gift of SLEEP! - Nighttime Postpartum Care

Overnight Doula

This service is for an 8 hour overnight postpartum doula shift. Personalized time depending on the mother's needs, duties can include:
~new born care while Mom sleeps and relaxes in bed before, during and after feedings, including diapering, soothing, bottle feeding & more
~meal prep a nutritious breakfast for Mom to wake up to
~light housekeeping such as folding laundry, bottle washing, sweeping, stocking supplies & snacks, etc.

Each 8 hour overnight shift is $320. This service is available within 60 miles of the greater Bismarck area. This service is offered only during the first week of every month. More details may be provided at intake. Contact me with questions!

This service is for a 4 hour daytime postpartum doula shift. Personalized time depending on the mother's needs, duties can include:
~new born care while Mom takes a break or bonds with other children
~meal prep nourishing foods that helps Mom heal, this may include a trip to the grocery store
~light housekeeping such as laundry, dish washing, sweeping, etc.
~emotional support such as helping Mom process her birth story, body image changes

Each 4 hour shift is $120. It is typical (and traditional) for mothers to need support at least once a week for up to 12 weeks, otherwise known as the "fourth trimester." However, everyone's needs are different! Some mothers may choose to have 3 shifts per week in the beginning until they get the hang of things, others may feel one shift is enough for them to get a breather! One shift - $120 Six Shifts - $720 12 Shifts - $1,440
