This package includes 2 consultations online via Zoom,
1 Initial consult is 60 minutes and 1 follow-up 2 weeks later is 45 minutes.
These will support the mom with “holding space”, coaching and health-related professional advice on how to recover better and recharge, how to care for herself and her baby and address any current pressing health and wellbeing issues or concerns.
