Q: What's your favorite past client story?
A: One of our prenatal moms loved the class mantra, "I can do hard things". While in labor she was quiet and kept repeating this to herself. During transition, she started to say this mantra out loud and her birth team repeated it to her, "yes, you can do hard things!"
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I have been practicing yoga and mediation myself for over 12 years, and I started teaching classes in 2020.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Learn to connect with yourself during pregnancy so you can find your intuition. This is a tool that will never let you down - during pregnancy, labor, and well into parenthood.

Description
Prenatal yoga is designed to help you feel as comfortable as possible during pregnancy and prepare your body for labor and birthing. We stretch, build muscles to support you during labor, and take time to connect with your baby.
Postpartum yoga helps you return to safe movement. We reconnect with muscles, stretch out aches, and practice self-love and compassion. Each practice offers cues for c-section healing and diastasis.
