Pelvic Floor Work
With Origin, you get a 45 min, dedicated 1:1 appointment with a pelvic floor PT. Your evaluation is all about evaluating where you are and what brought you to PT: Your symptoms and concerns, conducting an assessment to identify what's going on with your body, co-create a care plan to address your top priorities. In follow-ups you'll check your body mechanics or symptoms and go through exercises and stretches to address remaining symptoms.
The cost of your care will depend on whether you're going through insurance or paying out of pocket. If you have a deductible, each visit will cost between $75 - $150 until your deductible is met. If you have already met your deductible, you'll likely be responsible for a copay/coinsurance, usually between $10 - $40. Our cash rates are as follows: Virtual: $150 evaluation, $75 each follow-up; In-person: $150 evaluation, $100 each follow-up.
