Description

Origin offers virtual physical therapy with a specialized focus on pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and sexual health. We will match you with a virtual PT who is best suited to help treat your issue or meet your goals, everything from diastasis recti, vaginal or c-section birth recovery, prolapse or safe return to exercise.

You'll have a 45 minute virtual evaluation and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.

Pricing Description

Origin is in-network with many commercial insurers such as: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna and more. If you are not going through insurance, our virtual visit cash pay rate for initial consultations is $100 for a 45-minute virtual evaluation and $75 for each 30 minute follow-up.
