Every mother is depleted after labor and for many it may last years. The power of having support can encourage healing inside and out. Whether it's one session or a full 6 month container, we create a customized whole body healing protocol that works for her and supports her every day. Guiding her to reconnect to her body this will enhance her inner healing by using meditation, self care, nutrition and gentle physical exercise.
This is a safe place for a mother to receive support emotionally, physically and nutritionally. Pregnancy is a beautiful time and after the baby has arrived the momma can feel overwhelmed with always giving of herself not just for the baby, but for her whole home. Packages range from $290-3450 and support the mom to receive individual sessions or a full 6 months postnatal depletion cure.
