Growing Together Mom & Baby Group connects new moms with a group of likeminded, local mom friends. The 7 class series is for expectant moms in their 3rd trimester, to when baby is 6 months old. Online classes include weekly check in, songs & play activities for baby, stretches for mom, and weekly discussion topics for mom & baby (ex. return to exercise, baby sleep) facilitated by an occupational therapist.
