This includes warming therapies, light household tasks and grocery shopping, ritual processing and witnessing through this portal, herbal preparations, support and education on resting and rebuilding after birth, emotional support, sister to sister support with breastfeeding, baby care, etc, infant cranio sacral, nourishing foods

From my background in ayurvedic postpartum care, I have supported many women through this transition with lovingly prepared food, and meal planning and preparation.
