I am first and foremost a woman and a mother. A human walking through the trials and tragedies, the beauty and the mysteries of being alive in a female body. Of growing, birthing and raising children. And of growing and birthing ourselves into the strong matriarchs that the world so deeply needs in these times. Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I love to cook and care for for postpartum women here in the Hudson Valley/Catskills area. I exist here in the online space with monthly prenatal circles, and more in-depth one on one coaching as well as facilitating an online birth education course. I also have a podcast on birth and all things motherhood called the Wise Birth Radio.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: Women …who desire more than “what to expect” and are ready to dive into the mystery. …who desire a deeper connection with their own bodies, intuition, and power. …who desire true wisdom on how to care for themselves in this childbearing portal. Wisdom outside of dogma, of regulation, of the evidence based box AND the radical, spiritual box
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Ignore everyone's top piece of advice that fits into a 350 character box. There's no way to hold the nuance and uniqueness of your own path through motherhood in a q + a box. Also make sure you're eating enough food.

With each 3-4 hour visit, I will provide support and presence so you can receive, rest, process, and be nourished.
This includes warming therapies, light household tasks and grocery shopping, ritual processing and witnessing through this portal, herbal preparations, support and education on resting and rebuilding after birth, emotional support, sister to sister support with breastfeeding, baby care, etc, infant cranio sacral, nourishing foods
