I'm certified as a postpartum doula and postpartum chef.
As a doula, I nurture the mother so that they can take care of the baby.
This support is different for every family.
It could be emotional- listening and processing the birth story, positive reinforcement and reassurance, feeling heard and honored as a new mother. It could also be physical support- breast feeding support, new born care, sibling care, laundry & light housekeeping.
Different packages are available to choose from. Pricing from $30-$35/hour. Meal support $300.
