As a trained birth and postpartum doula, I noticed that nourishing care was deeply lacking from the support new families are receiving. Through my care, families are supported, connected to postpartum resources, and fed fresh, homemade, deeply nourishing foods in the comfort of their own home.

Pricing Description

Pregnancy and postpartum nutritional counseling @ $75/hr.

In-home personal chef services @ $30/hr
