Four month one on one functional nutrition postpartum recovery program. This package includes:
90 minute Initial Evaluation where we review your goals, health history, stress, sleep digestion, and current eating patterns to determine an initial protocol and what testing is appropriate.
60 minute Lab Review and protocol
Six 30 minute check-ins over the remaining 3 months for coaching and protocol adjustment.
