What locations or areas do you serve?

We provide support in the North+Northwest Metro Atlanta Areas: Canton, Woodstock, Ball Ground, Marietta, Smyrna, Acworth, Cartersville, Jasper, Kennesaw, Roswell, Cherokee, Cobb, Bartow, North Fulton, Powder Springs, Sandy Springs, Buckhead

Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

We provide support for all births including: home birth, unmedicated birth, medicated birth, birth with and without an epidural, waterbirth, cesarean birth, and VBAC.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

Prepare for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in the same way you prepare for a big trip, your wedding, buying a home, etc. Also, focus more on how you feel throughout the process vs a specific outcome. Be the bamboo...rooted, resilient, and flexible!

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

To help expecting and new parents not feel so alone and scared during an often overwhelming and stressful transition. To reduce overall fear and stigma surrounding the birthing process and postpartum by increasing knowledge and confidence in the normal physiological process that occurs during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
