24 hours or 48 hour packages. Schedule your hours as you please, 3 hour minimum visits. Highly suggested: weekly 4 hour visits.
- Holistic Postpartum care includes: bodywork, herbal support, postpartum nutrition, homemaking, childminding/babycare and teaching, feeding support, rituals and ceremonies, meal prep, nervous system regulation, birth debriefing, and more!
