About Momtana
Bio
I am a Jewish wife, mother of four unassisted, homebirthed boys, and co-founder of Prudence Ministries. As a deeply spiritual birth guardian, I believe in the sacredness of childbirth. My skilled and no-B.S. approach respects each family's unique desires, in addition to honoring the soul's journey that childbirth brings through ceremony and mindfulness practices. Trained in traditional midwifery, breech/twin techniques, and (soon) Birthfit coaching, I readily support the members of the ministry.
